Shipping within Canada is a flat $14.99. Pickup at the store is available at no charge! Please choose this option at checkout. Please note - large or heavy items may require special shipping rates. We will do our best to let you know before hand, in the product listing whenever possible. 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you've received a product that is damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can chat about how to best fix the issue. We'll need a photo, and a note via email. We will discuss what went wrong, and how to make it right. If you are simply not happy with the product, please email us to let us know what's on your mind.
