Cover Plate Dies

This post was inspired by Jennifer MacGuire's video. We happen to have several of the Pinkfresh cover plates in stock, so making these cards was a must! The Hibiscus washi tape card used the Floral Grid cover plate for the front of the card. It has a see-through look. White circles were placed behind the front circle on the inside of the card in 2 places. One to hide the white showing through from the front of the card and the other to add a personal message. The Lily frame card is made using the Pinkfresh Lily frame stamp, stencil and die. It's beautiful and can be used in portrait or landscape positions. I used the Tulip Love cover plate, but instead of cutting it, I embossed it using a rubber mat. The specific mat and plate usually come with your embossing machine. I use the Platinum 6 by Spellbinders. If you don't have the mat and plate, Sizzix has an Emboss and transfer set to purchase.
